Career Development Plan To assist our employees with their career development, Cicero provides financial assistance for job-related education and training. After the employee's first year of service, they become eligible for reimbursement of up to $2,000 in an anniversary year for eligible expenses. After the employee's third year of service, this amount increases to $4,000.

Paid Standard and Floating Holidays
Cicero provides paid annual vacation time based upon length of service. Employees begin accruing vacation after the first two months of employment. For the first 5 years of employment with Cicero, straight-salary employees are eligible for up to 80 hours of paid vacation per anniversary year. After five years of service, paid vacation eligibility increases to 120 hours per anniversary year. After ten years of service, paid vacation eligibility increases to 160 hours per anniversary year.

Cicero recognizes eight paid holidays per year
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (2 days), and Christmas Day (2 days). Cicero also provides our employees with five (5) paid floating holidays per year to be used for additional client holidays, or at the discretion of the employee.

Positions

Cicero is actively accepting resumes from qualified individuals for the roles listed below. We are dedicated to our policy of hiring only the most qualified candidates, and realize that some of the best potential employees find us before we find them.

1) Programmer Analysts: Must have experience in any 2 of the following: Java, XML, J2EE, EDI, Rational Rose, EJB, Siebel, Web Servers, Oracle, Cold Fusion, Documentum, Livelink, PeopleSoft, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, DataStage, AbInitio, Lotus Notes, Kana, SAP, JD Edwards, Microsoft Visual Basic, IIS, ASP, SQL Server and SAS.

2) Management Analysts: Design, Develop new systems and improve the performance of existing Business systems using Management Information Systems and Operations Research.

3) QA Analysts:
Plan, Document and execute test scenarios, document test cases, test plans. Must be proficient with Manual and Automated testing. Experience with Silk, Mercury, WinRunner Test Suites. 21 CFR part 11 experience is Plus. Required Skills Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field or Bachelors Degree with 2 Years of experience in related occupation.
